In general you should NEVER have any problems with any Vario Lighting LED product within its stated operational lifetime.

Most faults can be put down to wiring issues or incorrect driver setup etc.

Known common faults VX / SX / Versa-link Mono.

* Only one or more LEDS working .

This is usually down to wiring a series string of LED's incorrectly i.e. there are two or more positive or negative cables tied together within the string. All series connections require a negative to positive connection with a return cable to the driver at the end.

Known common faults VexLED / Versa-link.

* No LED's working

This is typically a wiring issue .Please refer to the vexled and Versa-link wiring codes.

* Only one or two channels working on an RGB Unit.

If only one channel is working on an RGB or multi channel unit this is usually a reversal of the positive and negative cables on one or more channels.
